Unfortunately… rich will hoard it up and force the price up so no one can afford it. It will be simialr to what happen with Concorde.

Once someone have enough stocks, they pretty much make their income off stock alone.

Fining someone like this won’t do a thing. Take the stock away and they will feel the pinch!

The problem is those who have exceeding wealthy often have money stowed away in stock and stuff.

Personally I think once someone make or have more than certain amount, they should be forced to pay with stocks or whatever. That way it will hurt more than them spending what they will make in a few hours by doing literally nothing.
