The reason I feel that level of commitment is necessary is because of the level of awareness necessary to carry safely and responsibly. It has to be on the same level of awareness as your wallet, keys, and shoes.
Especially since Glock is the most popular pistol manufacturer in the US and thier guns dont have traditional safeties.

Guns kind of always were, millenials were the first generation of Americans that had large numbers of kids totally unfamiliar with firearms. Or Bows for that matter.
Related or not related, millenials are the first generation in which a majority grew to adulthood without seeing a dead body besides a funeral home.

Because you dont carry all the time.
Its the reason im going to go to all the classes and training offered for concealed carry but am not sure ill ever do so.
You either carry all the time in every facet of your day to day life. Or you shouldn't carry at all.

I never really considered down under, my initial reaction was this was American SE. But the truck, the trees looked off, and if it was rural US in the early 90s I would have expected more farm buildings on a property like that.

Thats really only true in places the major parties think they win.
I had a friend who ran against a republican in a red area and participated in debates and was in papers, and the entire campaign was run pretty much without donations.
I also have been to county committee meeting for republicans and democrats, I swear its the same old people on both comitees arguing about money.

Im not saying they didnt matter, its just that when I think about China in WW2, I personally put them in thier own sub category in my mind.
I do the same thing with Scandinavia(and screw you nordics, I include Finland).
There was just so much going on that wasnt overt battles that I put them in a different mental sub category.

I dont really count China in terms of allies, because of the civil war it was a White china v Red China v Japan and who was doing what and to who is confusing.

The islands were only fought over for area denial. The US Navy was trying to contest the entire Pacific ocean.
The Burma campaign was only won in 44, im talking about the US Navy being the only real force conducting offensive operations or contesting the Japanese in the pacific from 41 to 43.
In terms of straight manpower i'm pretty sure the Allied forces in the pacific were pretty much carried by India.

Yeah, its not like the US Navy didnt have to hold down an entire theatre of war by themselves for almost two years or anything.

Its where they do most of the actual breeding. Its also the inspiration for Jurassic Park. At least the movie.

I put the two together because in my opinion if you carry a firearm without a safety and work around children who dont know shit about guns, you need to be hyper vigilant. And in this case im reasonably sure the person involved who fail to be considered merely vigilant.
