Reply to LPT: You can create unlimited Gmail accounts to avoid spam or to add filters. Just put a plus sign (+) after your email address but before the @-sign and then type anything you like there, and the email will still reach you. by The_nyonga
Easier LPT that doesn’t hope that email validations allow this trick. Create a similar but new gmail just for spam. OG email would be hello@gmail.com. Spam email would be Hellospam@gmail.com. Now all spam email goes to an entirely different email account you can purge at will in cycles. Use it for site registrations when you only want to access it once. Use it for newsletters. Use it for giveaways. It is as easy as a single click to swap between gmail accounts on iOS, Android, and PC.

They would. They are too tough for the internet. They googled it.

Funny. I was thinking this reminds me of that show.

Things are starting to feel like the show For All Mankind.

Reply to LPT: Don't want to give your number to someone? Use a Google Voice number or another relevant service. Service is free, and If things go south, you can replace the number for free. by ax_colleen
I’ve been an advocate for this since Voice came out. I also advocate for making a spam gmail account (such as myspamemail@gmail.com) to tie the number to. Now if you need to sign up on a website in order to view information, or want to sign up for the 10% discount offer that pops up on the website you are browsing, you can do so without concern of clogging your active email account with more spam to filter out. Yes I know filters work great, but having a dedicated spam email account is probably the best filter you can have in my opinion.
