That's always the key isn't.
Solution involves tackling the root cause of the issue, not dealing with the consequences d ramifications. Starts at grass roots education, which, ironically, was one of the president's election platform priorities.

Higher education prices keep soaring, while the grassroots education, especially the teachers, haven't escalated at the same proportions.
As is the trend since the 80s, certain industries (Wall Street, tech, insurance, etc) have grown exponentially whereas something that truly safeguards and directs the future of humanity (grassroots education) remains sidelined.
It's a brutal state of affairs for humanity but one that is inevitable.
