With lack of ID use. Anything is possible. Check last few election results for mayor. Certain parts of city voted 99% for deblasio, which is statistically impossible. That and few new Yorkers come out to vote. They just complain.

That has worked well for nys for last 10 years. As Stalin said. It doesn't matter who votes but who counts the votes.

I'm not claiming anything. It just seems suspicious that terrible politicians can do wrong and walk back into office. In terms of your ballot box theory, it doesn't work. Tammany Hall runs the show. Our votes never count.
