I’ve had a couple of dealings with Atomic Auto Salon, including having them do window tinting and ceramic coating on my car. They do good work.

I had my ceramic coating done by Atomic Auto on Red Branch Road. They also do detailing, window tint, and PPF. Highly recommend.

I had Atomic Auto do ceramic & window tint on my car. They also do PPF, but I didn’t get that.
My experience with them has been excellent.

Reply to Amish furniture around Columbia? by Samuel_L_Blackson
It's not actually in Columbia, but we have several custom items from Hilltop Furniture in Gordonville PA. They have phenomenal workmanship, the prices were better than expected, and they even delivered to our house (for a fee, of course). We went up to their shop and described what we wanted, and they made it. The catch? It took several months for the making.

Reply to Apartment complexes on $1900 budget by Saucy-Boi
I used to live at Orchard Park in western Ellicott City, and it was a good place. It’s a little off of the beaten path, but still convenient enough. The apartments are large, many (mostly phases I & II) with a den, and have in-unit laundry. It’s been a while, but management was okay and maintenance was good. I had no issues with getting my deposit back when I moved out.

There is a small house on my court that is rented and occupied by at least 12 people (all affiliated with a landscape company - logos on some trucks). They have enough cars to clog up the entire court, including a few that are definitely street racers (none that match your descriptions - Toyota/Scion things here). All of the street racers are slammed, straight-piped (or outfitted with fartcans), and riding on stretched tires. They do donuts around the grass circle in the court like they’re winding up and then blast down our 6-houses-long court at ridiculous speeds; we can hear them racing up and down Oakland Mills Rd.
I do not like these neighbors. I will admit to some schadenfreude when I saw copious amounts of white smoke billowing from one of the cars (hood and tailpipe!) while they were “tuning” it recently…

Dr Francisco Rojas (with JH Community OB/Gyn). I met him at the end of my (complicated, almost fatal) pregnancy, when he was covering for my regular OB (over Memorial Day weekend) while I was inpatient but prior to delivery. I liked him so much that I really wished I could switch to him right then. He was practical, knowledgeable, and level-headed. He even let me have a shower!
Fast forward about four years, and I was in the market for either an ablation or a hysterectomy. I looked him up and showed up at his practice to discuss things. He remembered me. He was just as great as previously.
Highly recommend.

Well, my next suggestion was going to be perhaps bringing in someone like KidzArt to run a kid-oriented activity in that adjacent room. (I’m not affiliated with KidzArt except that my kid loved attending their programs when he was younger.)

What kind of venue are you planning for this event? In the office? At a restaurant? Maybe consider taking the event to one of the village center multipurpose spaces where you could arrange for a separate-but-next-door room for the kids, with proper hired supervision?
