I'm not trying to change your mind. But you might want to consider being a little more decent to those who disagree with you instead of resorting to personal attacks ("WTF is wrong with you?"). A little friendly free advice. Cheers.

I'm responding to the prosecutor's comments. They shouldn't be describing this as "inexplicable" when they know damn well that even the police are under no obligation to assist someone in distress.

"A witness told police he saw her tied up and Duffie dousing her in lighter fluid, but he inexplicably walked away without trying to stop the crazed man, prosecutors said."

So same as the police would do. Why should an innocent bystander risk their safety when the police don't have to?
