Yes, we are moving into a Toll Brothers property and we have a pool, snow removal up to the front door, gardening, a tennis court, club house and walking path, as well as tennis courts.
For me, it's worth it.

True. For the price of a room, dinner, gambling etc, I can almost fly to Vegas and spend just about the same amount of money.

Agree, but as someone who is living in an airbnb in the town where I will eventually live, I don't feel so badly. I do hate what they are doing to our shore communities.

Gotta disagree with this. My husband and I are living in airbnb's since August while we wait for our townhome to be built. Without airbnb, we wouldn't have anywhere to go since we needed a furnished place that allows pets.

A win. We need our dispensaries to figure out crowd control better and for them to offer more varied products.

It depends on where and how active you are as a parent. It's about partnering with teachers and doing your part at home.

My husband takes the ferry in twice a week and LOVES it. It's clean, safe and easy.

Depends on where you want to be and what you consider cheap. Parts of Monmouth County are affordable. Much more so than areas adjacent to NYC.

Yes, I do. I'm saying that. there needs to be a better system for people to return the bags we get when we order groceries.

I think its working well. I wish people would remember to bring in their bags instead of constantly buying new ones. I agree about the delivery services needing a new plan, though. I have a bunch from Whole Foods and Fresh Direct (though the fresh direct bags are superior in every so I always use them).

If I were you, I would contact someone from the headquarters or something. I'm sure there's a way you can report a franchisee.

Also, look in the Watsessing area closest to Glen Ridge, off Midland Ave or Carteret. That was the section I lived in. Never felt un-safe.
