I know where Transnistria is.... It's in Moldova. Not a single (non-russian) UN entity recognizes ANY claim by russia on this region as legitimate. Regardless of whether russians are there not or not does not make any claim legitimate. Hell, the russians are in the Donbass... should we recognize that as well?

My point is the same... the russians are stirring up trouble so that they can "come to the rescue"... just like they are trying right now in Ukraine. So... any attempt by russia to "claim" they are simply protecting their own is total bullshit. They shouldn't be there in the first place. And if Moldova asks NATO for help, they should get it.

Yes, I get it.. I said so. But attacking another country because they're supplying arms is a bit too far. You're suggesting opening up a new front in this world war. Don't stop at iran... NK and China are also supplying arms and logistics. Are you suggesting that they "get some" also?

Sort of like when the old school garage mechanic fucked up your carburetor and then said he could fix it... for a nominal price.

If you're going to introduce performance degrading software into your cars, expect people to do one of two things:

  1. The will stop buying your cars
  2. They will buy your cars and then figure out a way to undo your shitty software limits

Either way... your money-making scheme will bring down a world of shit PR. (What moronic executive thought this would be a good idea? The one with the most stock options?)

IMO... the US should ban any flights that overfly russia as a matter of maintaining the appearance of solidarity with Ukraine.

I'm sorry but russia is off limits IMO. They want to be bullies... let them play in their sandbox all by themselves. Do not allow flights that overfly russia to land in cities that are allied with Ukraine.

As someone once said... "That would be great !!...... 30 years ago. Now, it's too late." The plain and simple truth is that industry was not interested in the welfare of this world... they were only interested in becoming super-rich wealth hoarders. They succeeded in becoming super-rich.... and now the planet will soon be an extinction event.
