An experiential exposure sort of intervention like this if rolled out in the US would likely draw parents with guns, the closest we have are college campuses and already there's an intense hate of them amongst quite a large chunk of society.
I would love it if everyone could be made to humanize one another and grow to understand the nuances of reality to push for the better world for everyone without pain

The problem with limitless capital is it's a lot like being an emperor with a massive army, it gives you an unrivaled level of confidence that whatever you choose to do is the correct decision because you never feel the consequences in any meaningful way
then one day you wake up and the peasants are inside the castle walls and calling your name

I asked chat GPT to produce a simple extrapolation method in matlab using Forward Finite Difference, it immediately just got the implementation wrong and it took me 5 minutes of repeated "No this line should be blah blah blah" before the code was actually usable
relying on it's probably not great to do

It was honestly hilariously unlikely, but it makes me happy because it means we'll probably have extra drive to get bigger and better versions of these things out at the lagrange point to make up for the damage

And if they didn't have this app they'd just buy it from american companies instead. I guess it doesn't count as supporting totalitarian regimes if the regime puts money into american bank accounts?

Oh please, like China can't just buy the exact same data from american companies? It's not like there's strict rules on this shit or how we store it, there's 0 incentive to police a Chinese company when we won't protect even a shred of privacy already

They just hung out with people with different viewpoints(The groups were israelis and palestinians) for 2.5 hours every week for 8 weeks, they role played, sung together, shared a dialogue, and even gave gifts to one another
