Some have stronger leadership and can bring a team togheter and make it go their way. Tom Brady 1st year at the Bucs is a prime example. A QB has one the best pedestal to drive the most influence in a team environment, that is a talent not all of them have.

I don't see Baker very high in the good leadership department, but i wouldn't make it a statement, i can be wrong about him.

If it's ceiling to the attic, i would do as recommended, sand it down, skim etc. Dealing with vapour barrier repair, insulation falling off, etc... no thank you

If it's elsewhere, i'd remove it entirely and start new. Especially if "paneling" esthetic finish of drywall is a trend that fits you, the job can be done so quick, no tape and mud. A bite more expensive, but so much less labour and (imo) beautiful result.

The aircraft I'm working on isn't an automatic system. It's manually by the Pilot.

It's a large foil that simply fly off and design to float and protect it's content if it lands on ground. It's not parachute but it's very light and large so it doesn't fall down like a rock.

Flight recorders are usually near the empennage which often remain intact after crashes, it's the area that suffers the least damage in most cases. Some FDR are even designed to be ejected before crash.
