Am watching this video right now, and you're not wrong, it's fascinating. But I wonder how the investigators avoided that getting tagged as entrapment?

Unfortunately, he DID get away with it, for 2 decades and change. It's one thing for this guy to do this (allegedly) at age 20, get caught right away, tried, convicted and sentenced to life, when "life" means the next 40 to 50 years, assuming they avoid shanked or whatever.

it's a whole other thing for all of this to go down when the guy is age 42, assuming he even gets convicted. He already got to live "a normal life" for 22 years. But I wonder if the victim being a soldier, and/or the murder taking place in Germany, raises or lowers the chances this guy could face the death penalty instead.

did they even provide him with the original 250,000 shares? because the numbers I've seen ITT -- an $82MM award, divided by a share price of about $98 each -- tells me that they stiffed him about all of it. not just the 500,000 bonus shares

Anybody know if the lawsuit revealed why Celsius tried to stiff him? Did they simply think he wouldn't lawyer up and get what he had coming to him?
