That whole ending segment is so insanely well put together. The way the crowd starts out laughing at them, then how they go completely silent, and Babe does his thing in near total silence...then it's over and the crowd goes fucking apeshit, and Farmer Hoggett gets to share his iconic line with Babe.

Napoleon Dynamite.
Napoleon and Deb share a tender game of tetherball, Pedro wins the election, Grandma gets home safe from the hospital, Kip's relationship with Lafawnduh finally gets serious. Even Uncle Rico (the closest thing the movie has to a villain) gets reunited with his sweetheart. What's unique about the ending is that nobody learned any lessons, nobody underwent some grand transformation. These people just went on being their normal, weird selves and still managed to have their happy endings.

Right around the time of the movie's release he made a donation of $100 million to the Newark, New Jersey school system. At the time, there was quite a bit of speculation that it was to gin up good press ahead of the pretty negative portrayal of him in the movie.
