The city (certain council members) doesn't care about rent, parking, or traffic. They care about the money being made from developers and taxes. Even when the stadium was finished and opened, the parking garage was still under construction. You'd think an engineering basic like a parking garage would be finished BEFORE the stadium opened.

Thats not the same. There will always be junkies and ODs, but in this case, employees facilitated and that goes against the job. If that were the end of the case, they should be fired and business is fine, but the second problem is the other employees not revealing information about access to the troubled roof. That raises red flags about the entire staff.

Restaurants and bars have a higher responsibility for customer welfare. The fact they accessed the roof through their location is the trouble. It sounds like two employees provided access and other employees neglected to reveal information about the access point.

That's the least relevant part of this issue. The location was accessed through the bar with employees, which very much puts the liability on the bar and possibly the building owners.

I like the Fix. Its good food, the problem is its very overpriced.

They designed it to be an almost replica of Fenway, including some of its flaws. The loading zone ceiling is too low to allow large trucks to pull in and assemble a large concert stage/lighting/etc.

Its very legal. State and fed agencies can cross-report things under various codes. In this case, its more than justified as the firefighters came across drugs and weapons giving cause to a possible drug lab and various unknowns. With fire and safety an issue, a warrant can be issued on the spot to clear any possible explosives or chemical hazards. On top of that, all fires are crime scenes, which changes how privacy and warrants work.

The greater public is fine. I rent nearby and this building is mainly deathmetal and hardcore. It has history and while this is probably the worst thing to happen there, it is not exactly a shocker.

This isn't a grungy basement or corner of an old industrial building. This space was renovated in the 90's for some tech startup and its in good shape. I'm not kidding about it being a hidden gem.

Not really, it's tucked away on a third floor, with no other artists on the floor. We've attempted an open studios in the area, in the past, but it didn't really take off. You can show here no prob, but it's no sowa situation.

To summarize; Polar Park was built to mimic Fenway, including its flaws. (Because if it worked in 1912 it must work now, amiright?)
