You don't see me crying I'm overburden, when our son had to have emergency surgery on his brain, I knew he was in good hands at Yale, or when daughter broke her leg didn't have to worry again good hospitals, when she lost her job, she was able to get insurance through the state until she got back on her feet; ALL THAT is because we have a decent quality of life because of those tax dollars.

Bus service in towns like New Haven , Hartford, Bridgeport have bus stops on just about every corner, there are ride shares, uber,Lyft cabs etc.

Smaller towns may be less options.

We do Big Y, BJ's and Shop Rite as all 3 are less than 10 minutes from our house, once in a while we'll do Boston Market, but that's 15-20 minutes drive..

Our house use Connex. They have branches in Branford, Guilford, New Haven,Orange, North Haven and Meriden.
