Is this a joke or a real answer ? Cause as u can see above I haven’t had anyone give me a real answer yet besides saying the Spanos are crooks

While this is a real answer, it's also funny because the whole Nolan family is also indebted to the Spano's. He gives them jobs and he put Jimmy on the county legislature to replace the old legislator that was from Bronxville that he couldn't control.

Lol it’s a real answer.. I saw that too which is why I tried to offer what little I know about DPW. Nolan actually is one of the sanitation workers in my neighborhood, really friendly guy. He’s also super connected in the community but really accessible and down to earth. Might be worth visiting DPW offices on Nepperhan too.
