I'm moving to Bronx River Road, right around the corner from Fleetwood train station. It is killing me that there is a cheap municipal lot on Broad Street in Mount Vernon three blocks away but because I am on the wrong side of the tracks, I am not eligible because mine is not a Mount Vernon address. Any work arounds, legit or in a grey area ;)

The waiting list of the building parking lot is long, so other parking tips are welcome!
