Okay, gotcha, she casually accidentally declared a war on Russia. Is she fit for the position of the minister for foreign affairs then? What do you think she meant that she supposedly literally translated from german?

I think she meant that there is a metaphorical war of economics, sanctions, and weapon deliveries. Now could she have formulated it better? Absolutely. Is her English only decent and sometimes full of errors? Yes. Was this an official statement in a press conference? No
