This means nothing to the regime. They have their own sold-their-souls-to-the-devil regime doctors. People are being shot, hit in the head, bashed & broken arms/legs and they aren’t going to the hospitals. They know that IR men wait at hospitals to arrest anyone that comes in with injuries from protesting. Doctors/hospitals have also been ordered not to treat them. The woman in the b&w photo is Aida Rostami, a doctor that was treating protesters in their homes to keep them from being arrested.
