Charles has been a big environmental campaigner before becoming king. If Rishi isn't going to bother showing up, we should at least send the head of state. The environment secretary is a joke, she was asked what she does to help the environment in her personal life and her response was she uses cups.

they dont want him to have any power, but i doubt anything would happen except some grumbling if he just told them he was going.
