Putin is out there still pretending that Russia is a world power. Very sad.

Russia refused to come to their aid while Azerbaijan reverse cowgirled them despite being in an alliance with Russia that is similar to NATO. Russia has proven to be unreliable, so fuck them/putin.

Armenia's already ruled legally it abides by the ICC warrant. So this is a non-starter for Putin.
