Most of the vanities these days are of flimsy quality. I had the carpenters at Woodworkers Club in Rockville reproduce a vanity from a picture. I had a choice of woods, and the price was competitive.
Porcelanosa and Architectural Ceramics are high end tile shops .
Floor and DECOR has some ok stuff

If we were to make a walnut box frame, 6" tall x 36" (estimated) long x 18" (estimated) deep, the cost would be $890 plus tax.
