Hard to help without a budget. In a general sense, something like this would be better to do at a restaurant in a private room. Much cheaper. If money is nothing, Design Cuisine.

Thanks! It is being paid for by a family member and there is no real budget. It’s being hosted in a family member’s condo (one of those rooms you can rent out) so I don’t really have control there. I’ll check out Design Cuisine - thanks!

La Famousa is Puerto Rican but has amazing baked items and fresh juices that they make a variety of beverages from. They make large batch sized too.

Check out Souk's catering menu. Not sure about the juice bar, but their pastries are amazing.

Spilled Milk Catering. They serve the area and are absolutely fantastic. They catered 2 events for me, and they were top notch, even working with me on a last-second event and worked with me to create a menu I liked, with their own suggestions and matching my requests.
