I did not like the GW Center for Sleep Disorders. I could hear the employees who stayed overnight to watch us talking through the door/wall which made it harder to fall asleep. It also had a hospital vibe and a shared bathroom.

The Neurology Center's sleep clinic in Bethesda was much better. Quiet and felt like a hotel with a more comfortable bed and private bathroom in the room.

Good to know. But my insurance won't cover anything in MD normally...

Yeah you should check with insurance. My doctor from their group is in DC but their sleep center is in MD

Insomnia in menopausal women can be treated with HRT. DM me or check out s/menopause (wiki is stellar) for useful info.

Edited to add: Locally available edibles are also great for insomnia, you can DM me about that, too!
