Hey u/Alert-Glove-4852 I work in the industry and this is going to be highly dependent on what type of job you're looking for in the non-profit space. Generally speaking though I can point you in a few directions.
- Sign up for the Progressive Exchange listserv, there's been 100 job postings since late October ( https://cln.sh/DSNvZJ ): https://www.progressiveexchange.org/welcome.htm
- Go browser Idealist: https://www.idealist.org/en
- And it's expensive and it's in Denver, but the Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC) just opened up registration this week and it's a massive networking event: https://www.nten.org/gather/ntc

Thank you so much. My background is in the violence prevention particularly working with immigrant and refugee youth. I spent about 3 years doing this work and would love to find something similar if I can. However, right around pandemic, I had the opportunity to work as a research coordinator for a medical marijuana project and I took that job mainly because it was for MMJ. I was also a recruiting coordinator for a short period and was hoping to pivot to that career but right now isn't the right time it seems like. Some organizations had hiring freezes, so I haven't really heard anything back lately, so I am trying to figure out a different strategy.
