This is a great answer. Stroll through Georgetown (some of the oldest and most expensive homes in the region) and the majority of the renos are being handled by Zantzinger.

OP you should consider taking this route in general. Maybe look online at listed renos/new construction by local govt's from permitting. Or maybe take a drive/walk around some higher end neighborhoods and take a look at who is doing what either from signage, or write down the address to go look up. Sorry I can't be more helpful!

yup they drive dark green pickups with a calligraphy Z on them. the do a ton in Georgetown, Ward 3, and up the Potomac. They charge an arm and leg, I hope they pay their workers/subs well.
