fun classes/events?

I'm looking to become a more well rounded human being and learn new stuff while hopefully meeting cool new people. Any recommendations welcome but especially things that aren't super expensive, where I might meet other 20 something's, and things that you all have personally done and can vouch for!

I recently took a knife skills class at hill center. Class was a wide range of ages. It was fun and I learned a few things.

I think they do other cooking classes too.
