“Probably” didn’t know it was full of frisbees as in, not as valuable as electronics or something. I think OP means, they thought it would be something valuable, it wasn’t, so maybe it was dumped somewhere and can be retrieved.

Yeah....that's what I said...."They saw a bag full of something within easy reach and has no consequences to them for stealing it to see what is in there.... it's like a present or lottery ticket."
