Halloween Bar Crawl/Other DC events?

Hi guys :-) I was wondering if you guys knew any halloween 21+ events going on in DC (that don’t cost too much) and also about the DC bar crawl. If I didn’t get a ticket for the bar crawl, would all of the bars participating in the crawl deny me entry?

I am looking at Adams morgan area or Dupont circle area

I don’t think so. Unless there’s a special or ticketed event should be mostly no cover. But maybe check if you have a specific place some could have a Halloween cover but most won’t
