Did she or did she not commit a pretty deliberate violation of DC’s public campaign finance law? I could care less about Elissa Silverman (could not tell you anything about her competence, political views, or her opponent, feel free to comb through my post history) but reading that article made it seem like a bizarre own goal which undermines her credibility as a trustworthy politician.
