Half the city is a ghost town on Saturday night. It's really unsettling. I don't know how long property value holds out with this setup.

As long as 20-40 year olds keep getting money printed at the bank of rich parents. That and dual income lawyer couples from already wealthy backgrounds.

The unique thing about this city is how many residents do NOT pay for their own rent.
