I don’t know what to tell you. The museum is family friendly, that doesn’t mean it’s family oriented. This is family oriented, like story time at the library or a craft day at the zoo. They don’t want adults without kids to show up for a family-oriented event.

There’s really not another way to explain this. It’s pretty clear cut.

It’s an event for kids. It’s creepy and weird that you would want to go without one.
