Yeah, the disappointment is because metro has done better in the past and totally could partner with local artists or at least get a good photograph if that want to go that route…

You really think the photo on this year’scard is “bad”? I realize art is subjective but that is…a take for sure.

I don’t think it’s bad per se but I’ve seen other cards that had nicely edited photos (2018/2019 I think?), and this one was just a super intense HDR. Maybe I’m picky because I’m into photography but cherry blossom cards are among the cooler ones Metro puts out each year, so I thought they’d have something better imo.
