Good good. Put the money towards college tuition for anybody that gets accepted and maybe kids will start caring about school.

Colleges will accept just about anyone who will pay them. Like 90% of the stupid kids in dc will get into colleges. College graduation rates are the key statistic, of these dumb kids that get accepted maybe like 10% actually graduate college.
