He’s representing himself and in addition to what this article details, his court complaint dips pretty far into anti-vax conspiracies which he also said he faced retaliation for. Probably tells you most of what you need to know about him.

As a 30 year old he’d never heard of an otherwise healthy person just dying? Lucky guy.

Upon a quick read, sounds like plaintiff law student fucked around by commenting on group chats and Zoom meetings and found out.

Edit: I just got to the anti-vax part. Damn this a long speaking complaint.

Edit 2: I cannot imagine suing classmates and the law school, being in the bottom half of the curve and losing an academic scholarship, and still going back to law school after this.

I can imagine some law school admissions committees treating this as real world experience along the lines of an internship.

“During a digital town hall attended by 300 participants to discuss controversies surrounding Newman”

Imagine getting to a point where 300 people think it’s a good use of their time to talk about you. That takes a spectacular lack of introspection.

This guy would have felt a lot more at home at George Mason.

"...a tweet from Newman’s private Twitter account that included a picture of a slave baring his badly scarred back with the caption: "But we don’t know what he did before the picture was taken," according to the lawsuit.

Newman claimed the tweet was mocking commentators who "attempt to explain away videos of police brutality by claiming the victim must have committed wrongdoing before the video started."

Yeah... Sounds like this guy was treated in a manner acording to his actions.
