Would a mullah count? The Mustafa center in Springfield has a dari speaking Mullah who does some counseling. There's also Washington Psychological Wellness in Gaithersburg on Quince Orchard Boulevard.

The mullah offers counseling for grief and stuff, and speaks Dari. If he can't help he can point you to other places. Psych Wellness is actual therapists.
