These are short puts, meaning selling puts being a bullish position.
The only way I can get liquidated is if the stock goes to 0.00

If the price starts going down, the margin req for your puts will increase.

Hence my question, at what price move do you run out of margin and your broker starts liquidating your position?

Unless, of course all your cash is exactly the potential value of being assigned.

These are cash secured puts, so yes I had to have the exact potential value of being assigned up front before I could sell any contracts.
