I think its how much each stuffed panda costs (CoR) vs how much it costs to keep all the lights on/machines running in a Fulfillment Center (it's a lot... we run 24/7)

I believe that Cost of Revenue are generally direct/variable costs while operating expenses are fixed/indirect costs. The cost of revenue would include things like the cost of the goods sold, whereas operating costs would include things like electricity/lease/employee salary costs.
