Are there any farms I can source different types of bee organs not found in the grocery stores? For example, kidneys, lungs, thymus, etc.

I know a guy with seriously top notch organ meat . 100% grass fed organic practically biodynamic beef. Worked on the farm before and can confirm the quality of his products.

Templeton farm in east Montpelier sells these. You can probably call for a special order but they usually have some frozen and ready to sell in their store.
