Does anyone in southern VT have enough snow for XCountry skiing? Looking to do some tomorrow. Thanks for any help!

Try a flat, open field (though please, not a farmer’s field meant for plantings) or a well groomed trail. For a fee, there’s the Woodstock Country Club..tho that may be too far north for you. Ask around. Some town-maintained trails are available…though you may have company. Check w a CofC or tourism website.

Wet snow. No bueno for backcountry skiing. I'd stick to ski resorts that can augment with manufactured pow.
Unless you want to hurt yourself in the woods where you can't call 911.

Coming snow will be heaviest south of Woodstock—yippee for you! Choose your spot, call for info, head out & have a great time!

I think there’s enough. There’s about 3 inches. It’s the heavy wet kind.
