While I’m not sure if this routes you around trips, this app seems to give you weather along a route. I’ve been looking for an app like this for years. I have no affiliation here, just curious like yourself.

It's like that, but it reroutes based on weather that will likely be encountered on a pre-defined haul/rest schedule.

I'm not actually a long haul trucker, I just saw a lot of them that got twisted recently.
