https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1019593-baked-apple-cider-doughnuts I used this one: just added in a 1/4 tsp of baking soda also. Oven 350f took about 40 minutes.

Pan came from Williams Sonoma.

Glaze was a cup of powered sugar, with a 1/3 cup of Maple syrup and 1/2 stick of butter melted into the syrup and whisk together.

Flavors are really good.
