Which is more likely: That your local bars and restaraunts are openly breaking the law and risking their liquor license, or that they're making a Long Island Iced Tea with less alcohol than "normal"?

I don’t think you or the waitress are factually correct. It’s not likely either that every bartender in my town is just sneakily reducing the liquor, which again would still be fine by me. This is sounding more like a weird restaurant policy.
