Above the law? The guy was out with his lady and these guys jumped him while he was leaving. Where is the above the law part, I’d like to hear how getting shot ten or eleven times lands you in the “above the law” category

Did you not even watch the video? There are literally four cops yelling at him to put his gun down and he didn't, that's acting above the law.
