I called out Burlington Subaru for failing my 3 year old car on a "free annual inspection." Apparently all 4 of my brakes were causing the issue despite all brakes being replaced within the last 3 months. I had to speak to the service manager during the week who agreed to look at the car himself when I could come back in. He took a look and said the vehicle was fine, then passed it.

No explanation as to why the first inspection failed. Basically, my free inspection turned into 6 hrs of driving and $50 worth of gas to make the trips. I'm not even ranting here, just want to warn everyone about Burlington Subaru.

Man, that’s what gets me. So many peolle probably just say yes to repairs instead of calling out their shady practices.

Probably more than the money it’s the time and energy of wasted taking time off from work or making repairs that were never really necessary.
