Cortijo blows. Taco Gordo is way better as far as Mexican in the Burlington area.

El Cortijo isn't very good, but I do like their drinks. I used to like Agave but it's gone downhill. El Gato is overrated. VT isn't the best for Mexican food, unfortunately.
