Wealthy people supercar rallies. Its basically a bunch of millionaires that go around and drive recklessly because they are rich.

The manufacturer ones are usually a bit more tame. These folks are playing the Porsche game of spending as much money as possible with the company in order to secure an allocation of a high demand model.
