I'm not sure how they got slower than normal but there's Slow Church Services in East Dover. Google hasn't gone through there since 2009 so if the sign is that old, it's illegible on G-Maps.

I’ll have to look for it when I go out there later this week. I never noticed it before though.

It's just up the hill from the East Dover FD, heading towards that overly sharp corner on Dover Hill.
