I’m not complaining I used to be a bagger it was my first job in high school and it was a position itself that I applied for. Was just curious if it was a cultural thing etc or if it’s just trying to save money by switching to self checkout and abandoning the position itself. it’s called a service industry for a reason by the way. marginal savings by bosses is what I assumed it to be but yeah sure 😂
