The best event is NHRL which is run several times a year and has a fantastic livestream. It's worth the 4 hour drive to Norwalk CT.
Local club? The foundry makerspace in Lyndon has expressed interest in starting one with me. I have a 4'x4'x4' tool cage that could be persuaded to be NHRL's 8'x8' and enough knowledge to turn learning curves into stairs.
